1. Summary
Customer experience vendor Medallia was challenged with moving its SaaS solution to a fully cloud-native environment, while rapidly scaling up its client base, development and engineering teams. Medallia implemented a DevOps approach, with the CloudBees DevOps platform as its foundation. The company has now migrated almost all of its applications, and improved both customer satisfaction and the developer and engineer experience.
